We can design and deliver programs of any length or complexity from 8 week intensive programs to 1 hour breakfast networking presentations. We can deliver the programs in a place of your choice.
The training will include practical tasks designed to challenge participants to think, plan, decide, and act as effective leaders who are able to innovate and build high performing teams. Learning takes place in an atmosphere that is challenging but safe, supportive, entertaining and fun. Each practical task is followed by a reflection and evaluation session focused on individual and group behavior. These facilitated discussions result in intellectual knowledge that is based on physical and emotional experience and is thus firmly anchored. Tasks will take place outdoors in natural surroundings, weather permitting.
